1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between Dynamic Employment Services LLC (“Provider”) and clients (“Client”) for online health and lifestyle coaching. Client terms apply only if expressly accepted in writing by the Provider.
2. Subject Matter of the Contract
- The Provider offers individual health coaching services exclusively online via 1:1 video or audio calls.
- Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and do not replace medical examinations or treatment by a physician.
- The Provider does not guarantee specific results. The contract covers the provision of the agreed coaching services.
3. Conclusion of Contract
- The contract is concluded when the Provider confirms the booking.
- After confirmation, the Client will receive an appointment schedule and invoice details via email.
4. Execution of Services
- Coaching sessions take place exclusively online via the agreed platform (e.g., Zoom or similar).
- The Client is responsible for the necessary technical equipment (internet connection, etc.).
- Appointments are binding. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
- The prices agreed at the time of booking apply.
- Payment is made exclusively by invoice.
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
- If the Client is in default, the Provider may withhold further services until all outstanding payments are settled.
6. Right of Withdrawal (for EU Consumers)
- EU consumers have the right to withdraw from online contracts within 14 days without giving a reason.

- The withdrawal right expires if the coaching service is fully provided and the Client has expressly agreed to start before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
- All payments received will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice is received.
- The same payment method used for the original transaction will be applied unless agreed otherwise.
7. Liability
- Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
- For minor negligence, liability applies only to essential contractual duties.
- No liability is assumed for indirect damages, lost profits, or the implementation and results of health recommendations.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- All personal information shared during coaching is treated confidentially.
- Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the privacy policy on the website.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is Dubai, UAE.
